Dear Nobles and Ladies,

The 2024 Central States Shrine Association Business Session will be held March 15-17, 2024, in Topeka, Kansas.  A block of rooms has been reserved for all attendees at the Ramada by Wyndham Topeka Downtown Hotel and Convention Center located at 420 SE 6^th Avenue, Topeka, KS 66607 at a rate of $104 per night plus taxes. Hot breakfast buffet included each day.  All room reservations can be made directly through the hotel at (785) 380-8042. 

The format for the weekend’s events will be like the 2023 Business Session in Omaha.  It will begin on Friday night with a counterpart’s dinner at Arab Shrine located at 1305 S Kansas Avenue, Topeka, KS 66612, the cost will be an additional $25 per person.   The Business Session will begin on Saturday morning with a scheduled conclusion that afternoon.  The installation of CSSA and CSASMC Officers will be on Saturday evening.  If for any reason the Business Session cannot be finished on Saturday, it will be reconvened on Sunday morning.

The ladies’ luncheon will be held Saturday at Arab Shrine located at 1305 S Kansas Avenue, Topeka, KS 66612.  The event starts at 11:00 am and will include lunch, a short program, and Designer Purse Bingo for the Ladies!  Your registration will cover the cost of the Luncheon and the Purse Bingo.  There will be a cash bar, additional bingo paper and other games available for purchase that day.

The cost is $100 per person (Nobles and Ladies) which includes hospitality, the lunches for Nobles and Ladies on Saturday and the installation banquet on Saturday night.  If you plan to attend Counterpart’s dinner, the cost is an additional $25 per person.  Instructions for payment are included on the registration form.  All registrations must be paid by check.
